In the unlikely event you wish to return a product our refund and returns policy is, items may be returned within 14 days. Your item must be unused, unopened with the seal intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Contact us first before sending.


Refund’s once processed, will be credited to the original method of payment within a matter of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or card provider as it can take some days before your refund is cleared.

Sale items

You will be refunded the sale price as paid on purchase


If an item is damaged in transit to you, photographic evidence of the item and packaging as it arrived will be required. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first at info@olivesoil.co.uk

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address as stated on the box

You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. We recommend using Royal mail tracked and signed for all returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning we recommend Royal mail tracked and signed with insurance. We don’t guarantee your item in transit when being returned to us, hence the recommendation of using Royal mail tracked and signed for your peace of mind.
