Our refund and returns policy is items may be returned within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we don’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused, unopened with the seal intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not refund in the circumstances listed below

  • Any item not in its original condition, not in it’s original box, is damaged or opened.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund or otherwise.

Once approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a matter of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially cleared.

Sale items

You will be refunded the sale price as paid on purchase



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit to you and photographic evidence of the item and packaging as it arrived will be required. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first at and once instructed we agree the return send your item to the address stated on the box


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address as stated on the box

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. We recommend using Royal mail tracked and signed for all returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning we recommend Royal mail tracked and signed with insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item hence the recommendation of using Royal mail tracked and signed for your peace of mind.
